Making a Mayan Temple in Tinkercad

- Drag a red box over to your workspace. Click on the corner of the box the hold SHIFT and drag length and width to 100mm. Release shift and change height of the box to 6mm by clicking and dragging the square.
- Drag another box to your workspace and make it green. Click corner of the box hold SHIFT and make your length and width 90mm. Release shift and change height to 12mm.
- Drag another box to your workspace and make it purple. Click corner of the box hold SHIFT and make your length and width 80mm. Release shift and change height to 18mm.
- Drag another box to your workspace and make it orange. Click corner of the box hold SHIFT and make your length and width 70mm. Release shift and change height to 24mm.
- Drag another box to your workspace and make it brown. Click corner of the box hold SHIFT and make your length and width 60mm. Release shift and change height to 30mm.
- Drag another box to your workspace and make it dark green. Click corner of the box hold SHIFT and make your length and width 40mm. Release shift and change height to 42mm.
- NOW things change… drag a clear box on your workspace and make length 5mm and width 46mm then your height will be 38mm.
- Drag a clear box on your workspace and make length and width 60mm then your height will be 30mm.
- The last block your create is a roof. Drag a roof on your workspace and make it pink. Length will be 15mm; width will be 120mm and height 60mm.
- Highlight the larger clear box clicking and holding on the arrow, raise the box 30mm using arrow on top of box.
- Click off the box, click on the large box again hold shift, and click on the roof. Next you will click on the align button on the upper right hand corner. Once the alignment lines come up click on the center dots on the side and the bottom. Then click group. Your roof should now be missing the top part.
- Click on the small clear box, press and hold shift then click on the dark green box. Press align button, once alignment lines come up, click on center dots. Once aligned, then click group. Now the dark green box should have a large hole through it.
- Final step is to highlight ALL of the shapes, then align (which are the middle buttons as done previously) once aligned, group and your temple is complete.
- Save your work by changing the name of the project in the upper left hand corner by clicking on it, changing the name and pressing enter. Congrats! You did it! Lets get ready to print!
